Holiday DIY - Pom Pom Garland

You need:

Tissue Paper
String

How to:

I actually did this garland last year, but I LOVE it and it works for any event. Just swap up the colors to your theme.

1. Create small pom poms of tissue by laying out the tissue paper, one on top of the other, at least 5 layers. Cut down the middle and fold the paper end over end until it forms the usual fan shape. Tie a piece of string in the middle to keep it together, then fan it out. See literally any video on youtube if you need more detail. I suggest making these small, by cutting the paper in half long ways, it will make a smaller pompom

2. Alternate the colors you chose and string them up! Super easy and great for any occasion. I like to use these over the TV as its the center if our living area.
