10 Journaling Items I wish I had

Hello~

Since I am hoping to fulfill my journal wishlist item soon, I wanted to post my top 10 items I am pining for personally.

First off, still loving my happy planner, but whatever planner you have, most of these items are pens or just general use. I hate ordering pens over the internet as I never know if I will like them. I am fully ball point pen, but I do love those friction ones, gel or not.

Below are my favorite items I want right now for journally *0* I also included my label site, as seriously cheap sticker labels, if you are not using them.

What are some of your wishlist items?! :3 I might need them.

DYMO LabelManager 160 Hand-Held Label Maker (1790415)

01. A Label Maker - for easy edit of folders tabs, I will also label everything in the house D: cause I can.

02. Simple side labels, I love these. They are like sticky note tabs. I use them in plain notebooks for my list. I found these pastel ones and I needed them.

03. These neon colors are kinda hard to locate, I really liked them as well. I am not so sure on the size of the writing, I like ball point pens, but I am willing to try them out. They have full sets too. I have seen them as hugely popular on bullet journals.

Sharpie Permanent Markers, Brush Tip, Assorted, 12 Pack

04. Sharpie brush tips are SO PRETTY. But I actually ended up order these instead of the Sharpie brand on the brush pens, as they were a bit more affordable but time will tell if that was a good choice. I shall update when I get them.

05. I been wanting these forever. Excited to get them. I love using highlighters in my trackers, to mark the days vs a pen, and love pastels. Excited to get them.

06. These friction pens, which are a pain to find outside of Japan, are so COOL. They erase, which is amazingly handy for myself, and others I am sure, but yes. These are on my wishlist still, but I hope to get my hands on the set of 12 in the next month.

07. This is the official happy planner punch. Its heavy too. If you are a happy planner, to keep yourself happy I highly suggest getting this. You can get a 40 - 50% off coupon at Michael's and get it as well, what I did, was so happy when that 50% popped up. It allows you to easily put in anything into the planner, such as trackers and bullet page inserts (i'm currently obsessed with)

08. These happy planner inserts are really nice, I am excited they came out clear inserts. This is a great new way to put your memories in the book.

09. Labels to print on. Printing your own stickers vs buying them already cut (if you can cut them) is such a better value. I highly suggest this site as the cost is great. I typically get Matte - 100 set of 8.5 x 11 labels. It last a while, and its like 15$ shipped. You can also get coupons, so yeah, super great prices. If you are on the fence, search samples to test their paper out!

Polaroid ZIP Mobile Printer w/ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology - Compatible w/iOS & Android Devices - Blue
10. I have not found one that I like yet, but I want a picture printer, a small one. Similar to the Polaroid one, I want a printer than can print pics off my phone on the go, that I can I stick directly into my Happy Planner Boxes. I think it would be great for scrap booking purposes *0*

Productivity Tool - Wunderlist.com

Hello all!

I don’t normally plug anything or do a top 5 apps - etc, as I hardly ever use my phone for anything other than music and text but I wanted to share this one as it has a PC access and I LOVE that about it. I actually signed up for Activate by bloglovin - so I may have future sponsored post for that, but for now this is not one, just something I wanted to share.

Wunderlist.com is a website/app you can use to keep track of your todo items. I like it as I can literally create a list for projects/days/etc I have been going back and forth on how I want it and currently have it as:

- Inbox
- Today
- Tomorrow
- Weekend
- - Folder - “travel” which is all my links for things to do later
- List

I use the folder to sort items I like like printables or things I want - like all the new happy planner items. I also post links to articles I find and want to read but are not able to do right now. I also have apts I liked on there while looking for new ones, really any link I need to keep up with. I was originally using google and syncing my bookmarks, however I found it was not updating as often as I liked, and unsure how to fix it, I just started doing this.

It also has an app, so as bad as it sounds, when in traffic I can easily add an item or look at it. Again, I don’t normally toot apps or tools but I have been loving this one. Its free, currently, and I just really enjoy it. I have tried out doing list for specific days as well, moving task if I decide to do it another day, etc.

The only feature I wish it had is to edit a task, which I am surprised it does not have. Or maybe I am not doing it right. For now I just close them out and make them a new. I am typically a write it down person but I have been trying to get away from that more and more, as I just kill paper and trees, and literally rewrite my list 6 times. I am using my planner to keep up with my plans for longer term, but my day to day I like having access to 24/7 (phone).

Other systems I have tried include, todo list - google calendar system - google inbox - inbox in general - had written. So far this is the only digital one I have enjoyed

Now if I can just find an auto poster to Instagram and such i’d be good, however all the older ones seem to have lost that feature and you still have to post directly from you phone anyway. Might as well just set a reminder. =.=; hashtags are killing me, but at least they work.

If you decide to givr Wunderlist a go, let me know.

Happy New Year! woo.

To celebrate the new year I decided to go through and write a few party hacks I like to use to decorate for occasion. These are so simple and can be applied to any occasion, I just wanted to share as my co-workers are always amazing when I whip out some simple garland.

1. Here is a quick and easy tutorial.
2. This is just a reminder to hit the frugal stores first!
3. You can buy custom letters here or make you own.
4. Cupcake toppers are an easy additional to a party.
5. This backdrop is really cute and easy to put together.

I hope you enjoyed these little party hacks and if you find them useful please share it and comment below about any additional ones!
